Blue Mountain Getaway Located on Golf Course

Pros: Good location, well equipped, comfy beds, good WiFi, nice and spacious

Cons: Dusty floors and mouldy shower/bathroom

Comfortable and spacious

Pros: The unit was ideal for two couples. The furniture in the living room was comfortable and clean. The bedrooms with their bathrooms served us well. The window coverings were excellent. The outfitting in the kitchen was generous. It worked well.

Cons: 1)The code lock on the front door failed twice. I used the property management number and we were helped. Management even gave us a key. Technology doesn't always work. We had a code for opening the entry door sent to us beforehand. We also had 2 doors at the entry. One door turned out to be to a storage unit. The other one had a small black square by the doorknob. We didn't know it was electronic as the sun shone on it. Communicating the manner of the entrance would have helped. 2) There was a ribbon with an unmarked plastic fob on the DR table without any directions. When I called management on our 2nd of 7 days to ask how we could access entry to the pool, I learned from my phone call the pool was closed. The fob left on the DR table was to unlock the fencing to the pool. There was no communication about the use of the fob or pool. Previous to our arrival, I asked about the opportunity to use the pool and was told the rule was it would stay open till the end of September unless the weather dictated otherwise. Very reasonable response but the average temperature throughout our stay was 80 every day. It was ideal for swimming. Disappointing. 3) The a/c was difficult to reduce. 4) The outdoor patio furniture was mismatched and skimpy. We borrowed the table and chairs from a neighbouring empty unit with permission from the property valet manager.

Pros: Everything was very good and the bed was so comfortable

Very nice trip and will book it again in the future.

Pros: The location is good. The house is clean and comfortable. Since it's on main floor, it's good for my Mom who requires using wheelchair. The staff is helpful and responses to our need immediately.

Cons: During our stay, we did not encounter any issues.

Pros: Excellent location for the village. Great pool area. Quiet neighborhood.

Cons: Missing some kitchen supplies, like scissors. Few od the kitchen supplies were where they were labeled to be.
