Pros: Garry was very hospitable Location good wish it was closer to water with elderly parent

Family stay

Pros: I love the vibe. Sorta camping but you have cabins with a full kitchen, bed and shower. Place needs a bit of updating but I don't mind that. The grounds are so close to everything you can walk everywhere. My entire family, aunt's, uncles cousins grandparents all love this place and think it's super cute. Not a fancy place but provides everything you need. Including wifi. We will be back again.

Cons: I wish the shower faucets were easier to turn and the front door was updated.

Pros: Location it's access to so many amazing benches, .just a few minutes away. Friendly and helpful staff. Being able to enjoy family time around a campfire in the evening.

Cons: The screen doors would need a few adjustments so they don't slam shut, no matter how hard we tried Always seem to slap shut.

Pros: Located in a quiet neighborhood with beach (rocky) access a few minutes walk away. Cabins are clean with excellent amenities and the owner is an absolute gem. Also within walking distance is an ice cream shop, liquor store and a general store

Great Value with Super-Friendly Hosts

Pros: Very friendly host (father and son) looking for suggestions to improve the property and services they offer, even hanging out with us at the bonfire. Air conditioning was a great add from our previous stay here.

Cons: Cottage was a bit dirty from previous guests but nothing significant that took away from the positives.

Pros: The owner, Garry, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location, just a short walk from the beach, was the perfect bonus.

Pros: Jas and her husband are very likeable people. We will most certainly be returning. Will for sure miss this spot. Thank you for your hospitality. See you next year!!!! Dave and Vicki.

Pros: Staff was amazing, very friendly. Place could use a good cleaning but otherwise was great. Great location with a beach close by. Store at the corner with ice cream and alcohol. Great place to stay if staying with a big group where you could rent all the cottages together. Love that each one has its own bbq and table available. Didn’t say there was an extra charge for dogs but upon check out was told we owed 20 more for having our dog at the pet friendly cottage.

Cons: Needs a good clean. Kind of small but we weren’t there for long each day.

An awesome getaway at Woodland Cedars Family Cottage

Pros: Its proximity to the lake is perfect. Its quiet and peaceful area. Convenient store, beerstore, ice cream shop are just around the corner. Garry was very accommodating and amazing guy. The cottage is equipped with things we needed.
