Pros: We had a slight issue with the room assigned, but Sarah at receptikn was outstanding and took care of everything immediately. Each and every staff member we dealt with was amazing

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We will certainly return and recommend it to our family and friends.

Cons: I was dissatisfied with the level of attention to detail provided by the housekeeping staff.

Stunning location. A little more attention needed for hotel upkeep.

Pros: The hotel is situated in stunning scenery. It is tastefully appointed with a view of the lake. The rooms are spacious. The rooms are quiet and the beds comfortable. There is an indoor/outdoor pool but also a beach by the lake to be able to go swimming.

Cons: The hotel and restaurants were expensive and the maintenance of the hotel should have been to a higher standard given the price of the rooms. A little more attention to hotel upkeep though and it would have been a 10/10 stay.

Pros: We loved the tranquility and staff at JW Marriott. That what draws us back everytime .

Cons: Only thing I can say . Is that it's extremely expensive . For 2 days the restaurant were extremely expensive.

Pros: The great kindness of the all staff! thanks to them. Very helpful. Amazing smiles. The Beca Italian restaurant is delicious and the team so nice. Amazing view on the lake. Very large room with a huge bathroom and a nice kitchen.

Cons: The mattresses need to be changed. The mattress topper slipped as soon as you moved in bed. Too short. The furniture has lived and required a good renovation. The hotel surfs on its name. The entrance of the hotel looks perfect. As soon as you look around it’s not the same… the team of gardeners should walk around the pool, …

Pros: I was blessed to be there on my bday. The place is magical , the view is priceless. They send me a bday gift to my room with a handwritten bday card. Everyone was friendly and kind. Thank you.

Pros: I arranged for my parents to stay last month for their 60th wedding anniversary. The management and staff were exceptionally warm and went over and above to ensure that their stay was perfect. Dinner at the steakhouse was superb, they said. I cannot recommend this property enough. Outstanding location, beautifully appointed and, as I said, they went the extra mile. Thank you to everyone who made this special stay so perfect!
