It is a very good place to explore the area.

Pros: I was traveling alone (as a man), and the hotel and room were very suitable for me. The location is excellent, with a lake just a 5-minute walk away offering beautiful views. The room and bed were comfortable, and there is plenty of parking space. The hotel also has a restaurant, which is convenient since there are not many restaurants nearby. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Cons: Wi-Fi was not always reliable. At first, the room did not have a small table or a water boiler, but the staff provided them immediately when I asked.

Getaway

Pros: Very clean..bed was so comfortable.. Great place to relax.

Cons: No coffee machines in.the room ..restaurants not opened for breakfast big down fall

Pros: Nice place. Didn't look like a hotel driving up. But the interior is beautiful. The room was awesome. The bathroom was the best 👌

Pros: Best Value for your money in Huntsville. Definitely recommend it.

Nice little hidden gem in a lovely town.

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was awesome. I loved the lobby. Nice layout and very inviting. It is all open concept on the main area with reception, lobby and restaurant. The front of the building has a lovely patio and there are 2 fire pits. We ordered takeout the first night and the food was good. Pets are welcome and it was wonderful to see so many people traveling with their furry family. The owner or staff also has a cute little dog. This probably contributes to many of the stains. So they get a pass on that 🙃 The owner/operator is super nice and friendly.

Cons: Sadly upkeep and maintenance are not a high priority. There are stains on the bedding, cobwebs everywhere, stains on the carpets and furniture. It feels more like an Arbnd in that the reception is mostly not manned and a phone number is listed for assistance. The restaurant is not open until 4pm and other than Sunday night appeared deserted. The rooms have a fridge. Period They put out a coffee pot at 8ish in the lobby but no cups, creamers, sweetener or spoons. They need a few things to gain that extra star. A self serve commercial Keurig and coffee pods. Paper cups, stir sticks, creamer and milk in the fridge in the lobby It would greatly benefit from a hot/cold water cooler for people wanting tea. A better microwave would be great. Despite these things l will definitely be back. If l had the money l would buy the place. On the things you could do. David's General Store has amazing coffee and baked goods just around the corner

Pros: The staff were so lovely! We arrived late in the evening and the kitchen staff kindly stayed open for us so we could order food. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and definitely exceeded our expectations. Great value for money and in a beautiful area.
