Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Collingwood

Great location and friendly staff.

Pros: Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Breakfast was fresh and had great selection. Room is very modern and had all the amenities that we needed. We really liked that we had the option to cast to our TV in the room and watch the shows we pay for on our streaming services.

Cons: Nothing to note.

Pros: The hotel was great. We were visiting blue mountain village so being in Collingwood it was a great location! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Even during this snow season, entrance was clean all the time! The person who checked us in (I forgot the name sorry) was also really nice. It was also very quiet. We've stayed at a few holiday inn express before and this one was so far the best! Liked the breakfast too!

Cons: We overall loved the place a lot. We stayed at the holiday inn and express by Buffalo airport in NY last time, this was very good as compared to that one. I think we liked pretty much everything at the hotel. The only thing I would like to mention, even though the breakfast was great! I loved it! But my mother doesn't eat meat so she was left with very limited options, a couple vegan options at the breakfast buffet would be great. But that's not a complaint, just a suggestion because we're planning to return this summer and stay for a little longer next time :)

Pros: A nice, clean hotel with a breakfast that matches what you’d expect in Canadian hotels. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The pool could definitely use more heating, but the Jacuzzi is warm enough.

Pros: We got snowed in and had to stay an extra night. The staff was extremely accommodating. They let us stay in our old room until the new one was prepared. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Look forward to coming again in the future. Would recommend to anyone!

I would never hesitate to book another stay at the Holiday Inn.

Pros: The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helped with anything we asked of them. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety for every taste. The breakfast staff could be a little more friendly.

Cons: Being handicapped I found it difficult to get into the bed. The mattress is very high for someone with mobility issues.

I stay at night because we had a plan to visit Blue mountain and Senic Cave.

Pros: I've used this location for any trip to Collingwood, kind staff, very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast is excellent and staff who are woking in the breakfast area are very helpful.

Pros: Very large rooms, comfortable beds. Well stocked breakfast.

Cons: Easy location to find not really walking distance to anything.
