Quality and Cleanliness

Pros: Bed was very comfortable, loved the large pillows. Room size was comfortable. Loved the kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast included was great. Large selection of foods, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals and hot food of scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage. Breakfast staff kept items stocked especially the hot food. Staff were friendly and polite.

Cons: No lights at the Kitchenette in room. Very hard to see after dark. They need to add lighting there. Pool and hot tub were smaller than expected but clean and plenty of towels. With a max of 3 in hot tub for a large hotel is small. Breakfast staff did a great job but a smile would be nice.

Pros: I liked that the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I also liked that the hotel was recently renovated. The location is very good as well, since it is less than a 10-minute drive from Blue Mountain.

Cons: What I didn’t like was the heating system. The day was extremely cold, and during the night the heating turned on every so often. The downside was that it was not very quiet and woke my daughter up a couple of times. I also didn’t really like the pillows They weren't bad, but I prefer them with a bit less filling.

Pros: It was okay. Nothing special what i expected for the price

Pros: Staff are nice, food is food. We upgraded the room to a Jt. Queen, the room was no clean and comfy. I have to mentioned they provide Dove products like shampoo, bar, body wash which is a plus.

Cons: Small dinning room, but you go earlier would not be a problem.

Pros: Pretty much every yhing was good, coffee was extremely strong

We would book again at this location if the price was right.

Pros: The bed and pillows were excellent and we both had an excellent rest...but the breakfast was not up to the standards expected experienced by us at other Inns offering this inclusion in the pricing.

It worked great for us and had everything we needed. Would gladly stay there again.

Pros: Breakfast was sufficient. Tasted good. Nice room. Staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.

Cons: The floors were a little dusty - especially around the baseboards. There was hair in the tub - not appealing 🥱 It would be nice to have a light fresh welcoming scent in the room.
