Pros: The holte was clean and spacious. Out room was just perfect for two people

Super central place to visit the Blue Mountains and Wasaga Beach, which is just a 15 min. drive away

Pros: We had a small, but very cozy room. It was well decorated and had a great large TV with streaming services and a super comfortable bed. We loved all of the amenities the room offered - the large fridge and kitchen, with lots of equipment and storage space which was so convenient! We loved to be able to prepare our food instead of having to eat out.

Cons: There were some cooking smells in the late evenings, which lasted for at least 2h each night. We had no idea where they were coming from and there was no way to air the room. So this was a little annoying. We spoke to the lady at the front desk, but she just said that others had complained about this too; she thought it was a default in the ventilation installations.

Pros: Room was clean and bed was comfy. That was all we needed. Check in was smooth and friendly. The small kitchenette would be handy for longer stays. It has everything you would need to cook your own meals.

Pros: Well equipped kitchenette with fridge small stovetop dishwasher and dishes.

Cons: Location was not hard to get to but was a short drive to most venues.

Comfortable room with great bed and kitchen. Hotel facilities are basic.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Liked the kitchen including a fridge with a freezer.

Cons: Hume & Pretty River Pkwy is very busy - noisy at times. Not conducive to going for a walk in the neighbourhood. We missed having a pool and exercise room.

Pros: Everything was excellent, the staff was very nice, I have no complaints, I could say it is the cleanest hotel I have visited in Canada, I recommend it 💯% I will return, thank you 😊

Pros: Everything was very clean and new and we loved having the kitchenette.

Cons: Because we were in an accessible room, the bed was very low, and slid around a lot on the floor, so sitting on the bed was difficult. We would suggest putting something on the corners of the bed to avoid this. Also, there was only one chair, so one of us always had to sit on the bed. Another chair would have been helpful. We had a small dog with us, so we were in a room beside another family with a dog. They went out at night and left the dog to bark constantly until 2:30 a.m. I called the front desk, the customer was called and returned to the room and the dog quieted down, however, we didn’t sleep much that night. Dogs should not be left alone in the rooms.

Perfect Stay!

Pros: The ladies at the front desk were lovely, Shelby & Maria. The location is perfect, the room was clean. I'm sure I'll be back again.

Cons: I'm not sure if there's a gym but then again I didn't ask.

Clean, comfortable rooms

Pros: Clean, comfortable room with a well-stocked kitchenette. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Cons: We had some trouble getting the recliner to open and close, but eventually got it to work.
