Fantastic

Pros: Beautiful room and services. The pool and sauna were great after a long day. Bar was great. Easy walk from lockers to the hill

Vacation feeling

Pros: For the past 22 years we stayed in BM village and skied. This time we tried Westin Trillium and the kids liked it more than the village suits. A bit farther and more walk to the lift, but manageable.

First and memorable trip to Blue Mountain

Pros: The room was absolutely incredible. The fireplace in the corner and the comfort of the bed made it a memorable and enjoyable trip. The proximity to the main village was great.

Amazing night away with my daughter and my parents for their anniversary!!

Pros: Ate breakfast in our room since utensils and plates,pans were provided.Kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated so we didn't need to eat all of our meals out.

Cons: Warmer water in the bathrooms for showering.No electricity to outlet in one of the bathrooms in our suite but the staff were very good about suggesting that maintenance would resolve for the next visitor

Pros: The staff was super nice. I mentioned at check-in that we are celebrating my husband's birthday, so they upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary wine bottle. We really appreciate that

Cons: The pool wasn't crowded, and it was open until 11pm for a late night swim. It was super relaxing. The location is right on the village which is very convenient.

Fab location and area, pity it has dog friendly rooms.

Pros: Great location ideal for everything.. good in-house restaurant, gym, children's area..

Cons: Room smelt like wet-dog.. unfortunately we were in a dog friendly room which smelt.. we did ask to move as we do suffer with pet hair allergies but due to the holiday break no other rooms were available..

This hotel was outstanding and I would definitely go again.

Pros: The Westin Trillium House had a pleasant and warm vibe about the place. Pierre at reception rendered a brilliant professional service with courtesy. The staff were all very well mannered and made everyone feel welcome and at home.

Cons: There was no ramp at the rear to get down to the lower tier next to the pond.
