A perfect stay for a winter skiing holiday

Pros: We just spent 9 nights at Mosiac and it was fantastic. The friendly staff, great location to the village, spacious room and loved the outdoor hot spa.

Pros: We have been coming to Blue Mountain for years but it looks like the new perk this year is free underground parking for one vehicle when you stay over and you get a wristband for access to free activities like skating, snowshoeing, the climbing canopy and the coaster which is a nice perk! We stayed in Mosaic and on the 4th floor looks completely renovated. We stayed with another couple and they were on the first floor with the older model but their 1-bedroom was two floors with a nice walkout. Both rooms were awesome. Loved the fireplace and so spacious!

Cons: There is no early check-in. We went during MLK weekend so right at 4pm is when all the busses came so lines were crazy at the main lodge. Highly recommend you check in at your respective locations. Mosaic check-in only had 4 people before me which was much better.

Beautiful resort

Pros: Stayed in the Mosaic.. loved the location.. and shops around. Underground parking was convenient. Staff was super nice. We went to relax.. which we did.. Loved the size of the rooms and kitchenette..

Cons: Breakfast was not included. We brought our own food for breakfast and lunch. Suppers at the restaurants on site, were more expensive than we liked. Good food.. just pricey.. and the extra taxes for resort fee's turned us off. Next time we stay there we will likely order out ( off resort because of this ) Love the facilities.. I think your team could have removed the standing water to help avoid wet feet and future ice.. The shower in my room leaked a large puddle on the floor and toilet flusher needed to be fixed. There needs to be better way to communicate to customers. You have small signs around the resort.. that, if you dont take 5 min and stop to read you would not know you need to reserve for multiple things.. like Axe throwing. ?? I recommend also adding a Golf Sim, Baseball sim, and bowling alley for more non-skiing activities. Your website doesnt flow.. nor explain do's and don'ts while at the resort. Even trying to sell tickets for some activities is very confusing to do on the app. It was a great stay.. wasnt skiing.. just wanted to relax which we did..

Magical! Gorgeous room, great location, gorgeous heated outdoor pool and hot tub. So beautiful.

Pros: We loved it so much we've booked to go back in 3 weeks!! Our room was recently renovated and had everything we could ask for. They had forgotten to make up one bed but we were handed the sheets and duvet to make it ourselves after we asked for it. They even gave us some popcorn to celebrate my friends birthday which was a lovely touch.

Cons: The washroom and shower next to the pool was very dirty but the actual pool was amazing.

Wonderful and loved our stay.

Pros: Staff - helpful and very attentive. Room- refurbished with all amenities needed. Location - moments away from diners, restaurants and of course the mountain. Facilities - underground carpark was great for winter. No lugging bags in snow and ice. Swimming Pool and hot tub.

Cons: Congestion at front counter. Unfortunately guests have questions that should be referred to tour desk or attractions desk. This is an issue during peak times. Unfortunately this is also the place where you collect items from luggage storage. Sometimes it would be great if others can backfill the luggage storage.

Pros: The property is clean, the units are cozy, and the staff... are wonderful and super attentive!

Cons: I had to leave to take my son to the hospital and was gone for a few hours. When I returned, there wasn't a single parking space left in the underground parking lot. I had to drive around looking for a long time until I discovered I would have to park in the open-air parking lot on the other side. I confess that this left me a little disappointed, but other than that, I have no complaints.

Pros: Our suite was newly renovated....beautiful place. The staff was amazing.. The parking was great

Cons: Not enough power plugs in the room, pillows were too high for my partner
