Pros: Our concierge upgraded our room to mountain view. The rooms are unbelievably clean! The rainbow trout in the restaurant- The Pottery, was exceptional 👌 Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor hottub during a snowfall. And the ski lift is literally steps from the hotels back door! My family and I are already planning to come back next month!!

Great stay for our family of 4 on a winter escape

Pros: Great location, large rooms (but small beds) and swimming pool and hot tubs were wonderful.

Cons: beds were on the small side

Pros: Great hot tub and pool. Nice staff and location is good too, right next to Valley lift which is not as crowded as Silver Bullet. Breakfast at Pottery is amazing and they gave us 2 vouchers for it

Cons: Not as convenient as staying right in the village if you need to shop or buy food. But otherwise is great.

Pros: Dogs allowed!. In room, in lounge, ... Made it possible to go skiing with a pet.

Pros: Location was the best. Steps away from the shuttle bus to other parts of the resort and also with 2 restaurants in the hotel, this place should be booked without any concern.

Cons: Cleaning and comfort.could be improved a little bit, but nothing that ruins your stay.

Pros: The rooms were comfortable and came equipped with all the necessary amenities. A definite highlight was the outdoor hot jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to complete a ski date in the cold weather. It was also great that our stay included access to many activities in the village and a voucher for dining in at the hotel restaurant. Finally, a special mention must go to Kelvin at the reception, whose kind and professional help made our stay truly exceptional.

Pros: Excellent staff. Bruce is very hospitable, he loves his job. Lots of parking. Pool is nice. Good size King room. Great restaurant and service. Great outdoor hut tubs.

Cons: Hot tub indoors needs to be replaced.

Pros: Friendly staff. Great proximity to Blue Mountain given the great price. We were given some promos to use in town and at the Pottery restaurant. Pottery resto was fabulous!

Cons: Place feels a bit worn down compared to our last visit a few years ago.

Pros: I like this place because it is dog friendly. Nice walk to the village as well

Location is great. A little pricey but everything is in Collingwood.

Pros: Location close to the village. Got a coupon for food in hotel and pass to agora path of lights.

Cons: Room wasn't as clean as I'd like. Dust on shelf in bathroom and a hair in the sink.
