Great Niagara Experience

Pros: Loved that my room was ready and we could check in 3 hours before actual check in time. Hospitality was excellent. Great experience

Cons: That it was not buffet style breakfast aa the other Holiday Inns I stayes at in the past. Breakfast was good nonetheless just had to pay for extras including my apple juice. Lol

My Friday night stay at Holiday Inn Niagara Falls by the Falls

Pros: The staff are welcoming and friendly The room was perfectly clean and modern Air quality in the building is excellent The location is ideally convenient Room rates and parking included

Cons: Steak prices are, (while likely locally competitive); still 30% to 40% higher than what is possible to offer. This fine restaurant facility would likely attract more guests for dinner if beef prices could attract repeat customers, even local customers, rather than simply a transient tourist demographic.

Pros: The location was terrific. Just steps from the casino and OLG stage and FREE parking for hotel guests. In hotel restaurant was good. There are many other options with less than 5 minute walk

Will stay again!

Pros: Staff were all great to deal with our entire stay. Hotel is in a great location, right in between all of our favorite spots. We had a great dinner at Co-cos in the hotel. The hot tub and pool and sauna were decent. Parking was included in our room fee and this made us very very happy. The Dove branded shower and sink products smelled amazing. We were provided with a good amount of towels which was a great surprise. We had a balcony right outside our room which was nice as well. All in all we will definitely stay here again!

Cons: The bed was SO HARD and we are actually still sore from the mattress, but the sheets and bedding were very soft and comfy. The TV in the room was not much bigger than a computer monitor which was strange but we weren't there to watch TV so we didn't make a deal about it.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and I liked the model train set in the lobby.

Cons: The air conditioner temperature was in Fahrenheit for some reason, and it wouldn't go down.

Excellent location, good hotel.

Pros: A la carte breakfast, much better than in competing hotel chains that also offer complementary breakfast. A short walk away to the falls. Free parking next door. Great guy at the reception.
