Pros: Conveniently located close to the Burlington go station. Rooms were near and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite and helpful

Overall a nice place to stay.

Pros: A great selection of food to choose from. Also, we were able to use 'take out' container for our breakfast on day 2 as we were leaving early for our event.

Cons: Our room had a gap or something like that by the air exchange unit. You could hear the traffic pretty clear which caused sleep problems.

Pros: Staff were all helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the pool.

Cons: The refurbishment meant there was a lot of noise from the machinery.

Not a bad choice for a one night stay.

Pros: Breakfast was included and we would rate it 4 of 5. Liked the scrambled eggs and Canadian bacon. Other good choices are available. It appears that the King Room was renovated and well furnished. Good location, close to restaurants, good staff and free parking.

Cons: We did not like the mattress and pillows. As a result, we did not get a good night's sleep. We would prefer comfort height toilets.

Pros: We were there for my daughter's dance competition, we loved the pool.

Cons: A continental breakfast and microwave in the rooms would have been nice. The restaurant was really under staffed but the service was quite friendly.

Excellent, quiet, and we will definitely be back.

Pros: From the moment we stepped into the hotel, everything was exceptional. The young lady, on the front deck, was professional, friendly and treated us with the respect, that all clients should receive. Thank you, yo her, and for the Holiday Inn for employing such great staff.
