Pros: Was a toilet issue which the staff promptly had repaired, very good service.

Cons: The coffee wasnt the greatest, but this is a very minor issue

Still good value with friendly staff

Pros: The staff were 5-star helpful and friendly. Extra pillows and a comforter (which was high quality) were gladly offered immediately on request. The mext morning, the lobby's coffee Urn ran dry...someone appeared with a fresh coffee from the staff area, so I wouldn't have to wait. The place is very brightly lit. Comfort and cleanliness were good.

Cons: The 'grab and go' breakfast box was super-minimal, which ok I knew about, but it didn't even have all the advertised items. It's not a real breakfast. Towels were clean but not very new and just adequate.

Great Location for Hotel

Pros: Nice and bright, access to microwave and snacks in lobby let alone the friendly check in upon arrival at 7:45pm Monday Sept 22nd.

Cons: Mattress, definately. Outdated. I understand economy but it shouldn't be at the cost of comfort. Room 304 is the room that needs a new Mattress. This still won't deter my next stay there!

Cons: The washroom sink drain was not draining the water properly drain plug was broken fix ur washrooms check to make sure there in working order for the customer!!!!
