Monte Carlo Inn Oakville Suites

Convenient location, Pleasant staff, good value for money

Pros: The property was easy to find and close to the highway with plenty of parking. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was most enjoyable with croissants and pastries a bonus. Breakfast room staff were very polite and helpful. GO train station and eateries were within walking distance. Good value for money and we would certainly stay again.

Cons: The staff member at reception on our arrival was a little bit abrupt which did not give us a good feel. That said, the rest of the staff were extremely polite and helpful when we needed them. The elevator was rather slow and seemed to get stuck on level three, but I’m sure that’s just a temporary glitch.

Pros: Close to the event we were going . Very clean, warm and very quiet. Very good price. The breakfast was nutritious, fresh and good

Cons: Nothing.

I enjoyed my time and would definitely stay again.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room on the ground floor was excellent

Cons: In the room with the jacuzzi the windows were suffering from the condensation and definitely need attention.

Pros: Continental breakfast good. Room had fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Comfy bed. Quiet.

Cons: All good.

It suited me fine and I was pleased with the choice.

Pros: It was the location which was a deciding factor; a ten minute direct walk from platform 1 of the railway station, avoiding crossing any major roads. The final yards on gravel and grass was a bit inconvenient when pulling baggage. Good to have breakfast included, which suited me with its variety as I very rarely have a cooked breakfast. Efficient and very pleasant staff in the breakfast room. The room, bathroom and all facilities therein were alll functioning and clean. Housekeeping staff pleasant and efficient, although i only needed the service once. I did expect to find USB sockets in a modern hotel. Rarely a smile or acknowledgement from reception staff. Could be anybody wandering by. I shall return!

Overall we had a very good stay! Location was most important to us and cleanliness of rooms.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Muffins, pastries, eggs, cereals, oatmeal, fruit bowl, yogurts, juice, etc. Room was very good, quiet, in fact we didn’t know we had neighbours until the next morning when we were leaving. Even thought we were very close to the 403 QEW, we did not hear anything! Rooms were very clean as well and beds very comfy! Location was excellent, very close to GO Station, shopping and easy to get to from the QEW. We would definitely book again when in Oakville.

Cons: Price was a little higher than we expected at $240. We did look around, and there were less expensive, but chose Monte Carlo Inn as you were closer to GO Train and access to QEW.

Pros: Its a very cozy place, the staff is wonderful and the coffee was GREAT

Cons: A more detailed guide on the live TV. Couldn't find /identify CTV Toronto.

Met all our needs. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Location was ideal for using the go train. Room was very clean and comfortable. Reasonable price for the area. Staff was polite and answered all questions. Will stay there again in the future.
