Best suite upgrade for our wedding night!

Pros: We booked the room for our wedding night (we hosted in Oakville but live in Ottawa). We were upgraded to a suite by the frontdesk staff (THANK YOU!) it was a lovely surprise! We absolutely enjoyed our night.

Pros: Breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the kids enjoyed the pool.

Cons: The pullout bed in the King Studio room was not comfortable and caved to the middle even with two young children on it. Not suitable for adults. Also it was not made up even though they knew we were going to use it.

Cons: The view wasn't great but with the great room we did not mind the view

Pros: The staff were warm and friendly, the place was very clean and the room was excellent. It felt like a hotel but also a personal mini apartment. The fact that there were utensils, plates, glasses, a stove, dishwasher and a full fridge, definitely worth the price!

Cons: Everything was great, could do with a hot tub or sauna

Pros: The staff is super helpful. the suites are great if you need to work, the internet in the rooms is really good. They gym has good equipment.

Pros: Right off of the highway. Enough parking. Complimentary breakfast. Spacious rooms

Cons: My rooms floor was kinda dirty/sticky. I cleaned in with some cleaner I purchased from Walmart and everything was perfect after that.
