Great stay. Would stay here again!

Pros: Service was excellent. Room was great. Free coffee was delicious. For the price it was excellent. Shower was nice. I would stay here again.

Cons: Needs a deeper clean. Generally clean but if you look close you'll notice it needs deep cleaning. I told the staff and they're receptive. they're going to speak to cleaning staff and do deep cleaning now. Not sound proof. Could hear the people next door.

Overall very pleasant stay.

Great location.friendly staff everything perfect

Pros: Everything. Just amazing. I love the Hilton brand of hotels. Always spacious and everything you need is at your fingertips. Staff were amazing. I liked the pantry. And room service was amazing. Easy check in and out.

Super staff

Pros: We arrived at bit early for check in time. The staff made arrangements for us without extra charges. Thank you as we were going to a funeral and it was appreciated to get early access to our room to change our clothes after traveling.

Comfortable stay if in the area.

Pros: Everything was clean and comfortable. Coffee maker. Reception desk staff were great

Cons: The restaurant breakfast wasn't great, and the communication about the breakfast was not clear. It was too expensive for what we experienced.

Pros: It’s a cozy, human-sized establishment that offers a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was varied and satisfying, providing a great start to the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is ideal, perfectly situated halfway between Toronto and Niagara, making it convenient to explore both areas. Additionally, having a gas station nearby was quite handy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.

We loved our stay, were well taken care of and comfortable. They had on-site charging for my EV

Pros: Loved the breakfast, choices of food and food quality. Loved the staff as they were incredibly attentive and courteous.

Cons: The AC unit did not seem to have any real control. It managed to eventually cool the room, but it would have been nice to have more control. The bathroom was quite small, but it was very clean.

Very happy... had a great time.

Pros: The breakfast was good. However fresh fruit like strawberries and blueberries for the waffles would have been really nice. Pool and hot tub were really nice but the pool could have been a little warmer. My only concern was the tiles around the pool are very slippery. My granddaughter slipped multiple times while walking and holding our hands. Also the pillows in the room could be firmer. Otherwise we loved the overall experience.
