Pros: It was nice being able to stay where our corporate event was taking place, it was a very nice property easy to get to!

Cons: It is not designed for people with accessibilty issues. As someone who is recovering from knee surgery it was challenging to get around. I know other more senior members of our group had difficulties as they were forced to use stairs.

Cute and quaint

Pros: The room was spacious, looked over a cute garden. The bed was comfortable and it had very nice pillows. The tv had a Chromecast, which is a nice touch.

Cons: Easy to hear what was happening outside of the room. There was a half full water bottle when we first walked in, probably left by the housekeeping. Pretty pricey for one night, but still a nice experience

A late great check-in. An excellent property!

Pros: Location and the bed were excellent. Room was way too cold. I eventually had to shut off the AC, when I had really wantwd to simply adjust the temperature.

Cons: Not being able to get food at my late checkin. Not being able to to easily adjust the AC in my room.

Pros: Nice and clean and once inside you forget the surroundings.

Cons: Staff extremely unhelpful, they don't answer messages sent via booking (to clarify - they didn't answer my first one sent 24 hours before check in, only the reminder I sent the next day only to say 'please call the hotel'. Not helpful. When I asked the check in person at reception why they didn't answer my message all he had to say was 'it's not my fault but my colleagues' and ignored the whole issue altogether. Check your reservation a couple of days before the cancellation policy expires - three days before my booking the price for the same room was dropped 50%.

Would 100% consider staying here again next time I'm in Mississauga.

Pros: Beautiful property inside and out, delicious food, comfortable and spotless room

Cons: Didn't realize there was a delivery charge on room service. No one told me. I don't think it should be assumed that people must know the ins and outs of room service just because they decide to use it. Never assume.
