Overall, a super clean, modern, and budget-friendly place. Highly recommended!

Pros: We stayed here for one night before heading to Blue Mountain, and it was an incredible value for the price. Everything inside felt brand new! We stayed in the basement unit, which was impressively spacious and included a nice desk. The shared kitchen was excellent. It's well-equipped with everything you need (pots, pans, strainers, plenty of cutlery). I liked that there were dedicated drawers in the fridge for each unit, keeping everything organized and clean. Everyone was very disciplined about cleaning up after themselves.

Cons: While it was a bit chilly downstairs due to the heavy snow outside, the shower water was piping hot—perfect for warming up before tucking into the cozy bed. It seems there are cameras in the common area. The driveway can be a bit tight if other guests don't park closely to the side. We couldn't fit our car when we arrived, but we found a nearby plaza to park in—it was a very short walk and not an issue at all.

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. It was well laid out and stocked with everything I needed.

Cons: There was parking for 2 cars, but with snow banks it was narrow parking. Maybe pull the banks further onto the grass? Check in was at 4, and I arrived at 357. I actually had to stand in the winter weather for those extra minutes until the door code would work. Maybe have a 5 minute grace period?
