Affordable Room with FREE Parking in Newmarket ON

Pros: The property was one of the best experiences I've every had. The owners were beyond accommodating and helpful with anything needed. Jack was responsive anytime I messaged and no matter what I need he was there. His father when I got there was so kind helping me move my bags from the door to the room after noticed I was injured. I couldn't have asked for a better host!!!..

Great place to stay!

Pros: Room was clean and mostly comfortable. Bed was a little hard for me and the room was quite hot. It was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Room was hot and window was hard to open.

An OASIS among the snow storms

Pros: I really apreciate the kindness I received from the host since the very beginning. Very clean and safe. Great service when I requested support. They took care very well of the snow during and after the snow storm. Very grateful for the time I was there. 💛🙏🏻💛

The glitch mentioned above notwithstanding, our stay was very pleasant, and Jack is very friendly.

Pros: The location was very good for our purpose, i.e. attending a wedding nearby.

Cons: The only problem was that I did not want to block the cars in the space in front of the garage (3 cars were already parked there) and I decided to park on the street, on the side of it where parking was not prohibited or limited in any way. I nonetheless received a $75.00 parking ticket. Jack gave me the phone number I could call during a workday as we left on a Saturday morning. I called the office dealing with parking tickets and they told me that Newmarket, the city where we spent a night, has a by-law from 2019, if I recall correctly, that prohibits the parking of any car on any street every year between November 01 and April 15, period. Jack should be informed of this by-law so that he can tell his customers in the future.

Pros: Convenient to professional workers. I spent 3-4 nights without any hassle. I would definitely use this place again if it became available.

Nice inexpensive room for two in a clean environment

Pros: Very nice pleasant people. Very clean modern and simple. As it says enter through the main house door. You are given a door lock code. The room is nice and private in the basement.

Cons: All was great. I plan on going back.

Cons: There was no heating. It was cold.
