Letitia Heights !E Spacious and Quiet Private Bedroom with Private Bathroom

Great accommodation, with lots of perks

Pros: Very clean, spacious accommodation. Efficient shower/bathroom. Excellent clothes storage and facilities. Were able to wash clothes and dry overnight, detergent was provided . There was also an iron available in the kitchen. Cooking facilities good but not used by us. No breakfast available but lots of local places serving food. Other residents were quiet. Very good, quiet location locally. A good stop over en route to Toronto. Parking at the front of the property and quiet attractive rear garden. Location in central Barrie which is a lovely place to explore. Beach area and shops. All together an excellent rental.

Cons: Information for access only shared day before through a booking platform. However all was well on arrival. There is nobody there on arrival so a little unnerving at first. Queries re access sorted by email. So access to emails very important. Final instructions re entry came on the morning of our stay.

Pros: It was comfortable and nice will definatly book again

Comfy room.

Pros: I was dead tired after riding my loaded bicycle 86 km. After I got everything into the room took a long hot shower, had a nap and ordered a door dash dinner. Watched a Netflix show and had an early bedtime. Left next morning at 7:30, breakfast at Tim Hortons.

Cons: Too many road closures but that's not on the room. I have no complaints. My original thought was to stay at Georgian College but this place was better value.

We were very pleased with our stay.

Pros: There was no breakfast. We were very pleased with everything. The place was super clean, and the private bathroom was nice to have. The location was easy to get to and close to our son's home.

Exceptional Accommodations

Pros: The room was very nice and spacious I like that I had a Keyless entry lock on my door , it made me feel more secure The room was very clean ,modern and stylish Also there was a communal kitchen with supplies which was handy if you wanted to cook I hadn't planned on that but will remember for future Having laundry facilities was comforting although I did not use I really enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back again

Cons: I was concerned about the parking so I got there super early to get a spot , as I was worried I wouldn't have somewhere to park my car Turns out nobody parked behind me so that was good However I would appreciate a guaranteed spot when booking

Pros: Ich habe sehr kurzfristig gebucht (30 min) aber es hat alles blitzschnell geklappt. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Wunderbares, großzügiges Zimmer. I booked very shortly (30 min) bit nonetheless everything went smoothly.Good communication with the host. Wonderful spacious room.

Pros: Chambre très spacieuse avec salle de bain privée, grand dressing, balcon, écran plat. Énorme lit, matelas confortable. Cuisine commune à toutes les chambres avec gazinière, bouilloire, micro onde. Chambre sécurisée avec code, de même pour la porte d'entrée permettant une arrivée autonome. Parking disponible devant le garage de la maison. Restaurant et fastfood a 300m très pratique

Cons: Bémol pour les oreillers qui n'étaient pas très confortables

I heard about it and finally trued it!! Quite delightful after all!!

Pros: Clean and Smart TV! Good policy to feel quiet and sleep well!! The instructions for check in were prompt and straight forward.

Cons: The washroom sink doesn’t drain properly. Should be unclogged before the guests come.
