Reception agent Rajugana, was extremely helpful and friendly, making for a smooth check-in.

Pros: Location to City Centre, Square One and Living Arts Theatre, just a 10 minute walk.

Cons: Everything met our expectations.

Pros: The location, property and staff all were good. The room was clean and comfortable..

Cons: Revisiting customers like me may be considered for exempting for additional charges of early check-in. This time the reception staff made me to pay CAD50 towards early check-in.

Pros: Perfect location for our purpose, courteous staff, clean & comfortable rooms & my wife has extra compliments for the cleaning ladies .

Cons: Some reservation about the placement of switches for the bathroom, especially at night when all the blinds are on.

Amazing stay

Pros: Amazing staff, always there to help. Great advice when we wanted to find the bus stop on downtown. Rooms are spacious, comfortable.

Everything was perfect except one employee

Pros: MOST of the staff were excellent. The place is spotless (and I am a professional cleaner so I know where to look that most people don't). The breakfast was delicious and had so many excellent options. Great place to stay if going to The Minecraft Experience

Cons: The one woman working in the evening made the check in process so complicated and stressful when it wasn't necessary. She didn't like that I paid my deposit via tap on my phone. She asked me to tap the refund back right away \
