Verty comfortable stay in London!

Pros: Everthing about this hotel was very good including the staff, location and fitness centre. The only area I felt disappointed in was the room. It seemed very dated with the furniture, carpet, HVAC and washroom all needing a face lift. Other than that, great weekend stay at the hotel!

Pros: Parking should be free .Beds very comfortable . i would prefer a wood floor not carpet in rooms. Free coffee in lobby would be a nice touch.

Would definitely stay again

Pros: The location was great, the room was a decent size and clean the breakfast in the hotel was really nice. The staff were always helpful and the welcome cookie was amazing, it was still warm

Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was the parking options. We had to pay $39.95 for valet parking which was a bit steep.

Nice Restaurant Staff

Pros: The staff at Blake's were great, especially Rebecca. we had dinner there every night, and she made the experience very warm and memorable.

Cons: The in room safe didn't work and it couldn't be fixed unless we were in the room. Parking was expensive even though we were staying in the hotel, and it did not feel very safe.

Good hotel to stay

Pros: Rooms are spacious , beds are very comfortable to sleep, staffs are really nice and very well behaved.

Cons: Parking is not free, very disappointing…charged CAD 24+ for parking. At least it was not told during booking. I am okay about any charging but hate hide n secret style.

I would recommend this place.

Pros: I enjoyed the breakfast buffet both mornings. Having a place to eat on the site is very convenient.

Cons: I went to have lunch and restaurant was closed. The counter in the bathroom was very low. I’m 5’ and it was even too low for me.
