Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario

Pros: The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom had a heated floor, which was a very nice touch. We really enjoyed dinner at Sessions; however, breakfast did not meet our expectations, as the food was overcooked and too salty for our taste. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we would recommend this property for both business and leisure stays.

Pros: Perfection from check in to check out Wait staff was friendly not phony Restaurants great Bar staff Pool area and Hot tub very nice Adults only in the pool area after 10pm till 12am awesome

Pros: Everyone went out of their way to make sure we we're comfortable. Even during power outages, they were great.

Cons: No one EVER answered the phone when calling from the room. Was super inconvenient and was very disappointing to have to go to the front desk for a simple question. Especially because I wasn't feeling well.

Pros: Beautiful spacious room with comfy beds! Loved the speakeasy bar and the hot tub😄

Cons: Nothing other than the bad snow storm leaving the hotel. I think London gets hit hard in the winter

Great time with the family

Pros: Love how family oriented the hotel is. So many great activities for children without living the building. Lots if different food options. The rooms are spacious.

Cons: The pool was supposed to be heated but still felt a little bit on the colder side.

Beautiful hotel, buy pricey

Pros: Room was spacious, clean, and because our room had cement floors in the bedroom, complimentary slippers were provided. Heated bathroom floor was nice! The QR codes to scan the different Playlists were a fun touch.

Cons: Requested extra pillows at 11pm when we returned from our evening out and was told no because they didn't have any over night housekeeping. ... for the amount of money for a night, that is expected

Pros: It was pretty, modern, clean. And had food options attached to it so you didn’t have to leave to get food

Cons: That there was no fridge to put our drinks we brought with us in. They had theirs fully stocked with overpriced drinks

Pros: The staff was so friendly! Everyone was so kind and genuinely happy to chat. It was hard not feed off of the energy and just feel so happy to be there. The place is huge!! So much to do! The factory was amazing, food was great! Breakfast at the clubhouse was to die for! A true hidden gem!

Wonderful fun unique experience in London with an affordable price for us on a weekday

Pros: Everything was awesome! The atmosphere and fun music-themed features were my favourite (like portraits in the halls, record player rentals, decor in the rooms etc!) The pool and Hottub area was also amazing! We wanted to stay longer. One night is not enough! Stay for two minimum.

Cons: The attractions could have stayed open later, the bars and activities closed too early. But we did attend on a stat holiday January 1st so that could have impacted.

Nice Hotel.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. In a neat location. Room service to the pool area was a nice touch, and the outdoor hot tub was great. Bed is comfortable and rooms were very clean. On location bar/restaurants looked great, but we did not partake.

Cons: Not the best part of London, location is niche, but a bit far from a lot of the \
