Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites

Pros: Nice beds, great breakfast selection, good location.

Cons: The fact that the doors slam on closing.

Great hotel! A few bumps but would return!

Pros: Overall great experience. The breakfast was delicious although the waffle batter is very sweet! The rooms were fairly clean an my accommodations for extra shampoo, conditioner and towels were met. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The fridge was dirty inside so we didn't end up using it. We also needed 6 cards to get ones that worked to get us into the room and through the outside doors. That being said though, we were told they were having some tec problems so it wasn't really a staff issue.

Pros: The pool and complimentary breakfast were the main reasons I chose to book this hotel. Both were very good.

Cons: Night time parking is hard to come by.

Good value, great breakfast.

Pros: The breakfast was very good, a lot more than I expected -- hot potato wedges, fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, baked beans. Also fruit, cereals, pastries, etc. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. It was much better than most hotels I have stayed at. The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Parking was free and convenient, and the location is great. Staff was very friendly, including the cleaning staff who greeted us in the morning.

Pros: Overall good facility with friendly staff. It was clean.

Cons: Carpets looks outdated and not showing the staff effort for cleaning. Bed was worse. Too soft, I mean tooooooo soft! I complained first night. Basically they washed off. If you have any back pain, arthritis or muscle strain , the beds make your condition way worse. They need to do better job on replacing bad mattress.

Comfortable but short on giving information about the amenities.

Pros: I liked the buffet breakfast. A lot to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The temperature was in F degrees, not C degrees. Directions to get there were in miles, not kilometers. The information about the hotel was incomplete. For example, location of the ice machines, there was no information that there was a laundry facility and no instructions on how to use (method of payment), no information about the vending machine and method of payment. The only information given in the email was about shuttle, high speed wi-fi, business centre (that one is available but no location listed), park and fly, non-smoking and non-vaping, pet friendly, breakfast times, abd pool and fitness facilities (again no location). I could not find any USB ports in the room. There were not enough plugs by the desk.

We felt very welcomed and enjoyed the facilities especially the pool.

Pros: We were flying out at 6 so we never had breakfast. if I had to guess I would say delicious

Pros: Took 5 mins to get to the airport. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly.

Cons: The pool floor deck could have been a bit cleaner.
