Pros: The lady at the front desk during check in on Saturday evening at 5 was very pleasant and helpful. Location and value are amazing.

Pros: Good location close to university, very quiet hotel, good heating and parking is easy. Excellent bathroom

Cons: Room was very dry and bed was just ok comfort wise but all very clean.

Pros: room was great , comfortable . Breakfast buffet was exceptional . did not know it existed , we stayed because our daughter was in hospital . More advertising would benefit business

Cons: This is the second time staying there. Why is it I always have to stay on the third floor in the same area? Are there no other floors or wings of the hotel

Pros: The mattress was wonderful. The room had a large TV. Staff were wonderful. Nice facilities.

Cons: The room was dated, very small, and had a double bed. No chairs or couch to sit on other than the desk chair. With that in mind, it was a lot for a heritage room. We booked on booking. We will try to book early directly with the hotel next time. 9
