Good to keep family together during our stay

Pros: Location was good.Except finding empty can on floor and couch.

Pros: Location,clean and quiet Only night parking was an issue Not enough space

Pros: The breakfast was very good with lots of different choices. The room was excellent and it exceeded our expectations as it has a nice, well stocked kitchenette, table, and comfy seating area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very well laid out.

Pros: The staff especially Kalem ? (spelling) the shuttle driver were excellent

Cons: We did not know we had to call for the shuttle

would stay again

Pros: comfortable for families with children, many children were staying at this hotel so our own grandchildren felt belonging. Staff were tolerant and humorous. The pool was small but children were happy

Cons: we liked everything, would have liked to be a bit closer to Pearson airport but nothing to be done about that

Cons: The refusal to upgrade my Hilton Point that it is a third party booking through Booking.Com

Pros: We enjoyed the environment, the room and the amenities.

Cons: I would of liked the pool to be open until midnight... due to traveling we missed both nights opportunity to swim after a long day.
