Amazing place.

Pros: Wow.. A little gem hidden in London. I have been coming to London for many years and never saw this hotel. Nothing was wrong with this place. Even the staff were happy to be there. Always smiling, laughing and polite. I will be back, will not stay anywhere else. Love the little kitchen. I love the personal touch of the TV welcoming me to the hotel. Beds so comfy. Breakfast amazing. So many choices. And so good.

Cons: Hidden. Took sometime finding it. If there was a restaurant on site this place would be unbeatable.

Pleasing

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The woman working at the continental breakfast was great. She was hard working and wonderful at keeping the place clean, the coffee going and the food being refilled as necessary and her nice and lovely personality shone through. A great member of your team! The front desk was also personable. Rooms were clean and well stocked.

Cons: I have no complaints.

Pros: A good spread for breakfast, with options to include eggs, waffles, cereal, choices of cereal, fruits fresh fruit juices. The rooms had fridge, cooker, dishwasher, coffee machines, set of utensils so you can cook meals if you prefer. Bedding were very clean and extra comfortable. We initially went for one night and ended up booking again for another.

Cons: Access to the hotel is a bit hidden so had to go around several times before we spotted the entrance.

Pros: I loved the suite. It came with a full-size fridge, two burners, a dishwasher, a microwave and it was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff were excellent too.
