I enjoyed staying there and it was my first time. I'll be back.
Pros: I enjoyed the room as it was two rooms in one. Also the price was pretty good. 24 hour front desk, laundry facility and canteen were all good as well.
Cons: The tv's were both a little whacky at times as some channels were frozen, others cut in and out at times. No big deal though.

Incredible friendly and comfortable alternative to overpriced posh hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake!
Pros: the layout- beautiful view, use of kitchenette, doors on the bedrooms
Cons: there was some light coming through the blinds at night- I should have brought an eye mask if I had one. I totally get that you might not want to invest in black out blinds but I would have appreciated them

Good price for groups.
Pros: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value given escalating cost of accommodations in the area.
Cons: We miss the coffee and fruit station in the lobby provided before covid. It was a welcoming add on before. Prices climbing regardless. Please also note that the room doors do not automatically lock when you close them from the outside. You must use your room key to lock the door from the inside. Also remember to use the deadbolt to lock the door on the inside.

Good for one night, if you need to stay in Niagara region.
Pros: Location is great. Ability to travel with small kinds probably a bonus. Small kitchenette and second room helps. All the shower & sleep amenities are working.
Cons: There are some signs of student's living , witch is expected to see in campus.

We had a lovely time except when it came time to sleep.
Pros: This was our second year staying here and we love the location, the price, exceptional front desk staff ( Erin and Izabella), and cleanliness.
Cons: You switched to loft beds. I took the double bed in one room …my daughter tried the loft bed but it didn’t work. There isn’t a proper ladder to the loft and the safety bar wasn’t high enough. Staff were GREAT and we tried 2 cots but the mattresses were very thin and sagged badly. We ended up getting another room for my daughter for 2 nights. I think the college didn’t take the age of summer guests into account when they switched the residence rooms. My other concern was that building is showing its age..the lighting was an issue in kitchen and bathrooms. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if the bed situation changed during the summer months.
