Pros: The breakfast was excellent, the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had.

Cons: I was surprised I had to pay for parking!

Great off-season value if you need to be near Brock U.

Pros: Great for proximity to Brock. Spacious l, clean, great value for off-season.

Cons: Sofa bed in junior suite kinda sucks.

Pros: Staff was great. Breakfast food was good. Parking convenient but surprised I have to pay for it now. When in the past I never paid for parking on all my trips there.

Cons: Bathroom needs more of an update than just tile in the shower. It is a little dated and worn severely. Toilet is very short to the floor. Doesn't even feel like a standard size, let alone a comfort height. Same with the pull out bed. It was acceptable but it is a little worn out. The furniture in the rooms is pretty dated and dark and really add a ordinary feel to the stay. The rest of the hotel look and feel is dated as well.

Pros: We always use this hotel when we go to Niagara area for sports or vacation. it is great for families.

Pros: The location is convenient especially for me who came to drop my daughter to Brock University. It is clean and very calm environment. Its closeness to Niagara falls help to visit the area without necessitating additional costs

Great location- close to Brock and very spacious.

Pros: The front desk got very busy when I arrived and other staff jumped in to assist. As a female travelling alone this time, I appreciated the respectful and private way my check-in was handled. Keeping my room number confidential and asking if I needed 1 or 2 cards very quietly.

Cons: Air Conditioning was a bit finicky and kept shutting off in the night so I woke up a few times feeling warm and dry.

Pros: We were upgraded to a suite, which we really appreciated, especially because we had our granddaughters. We were not charged extra when they ended up staying with us. Everything was very clean and they loved swimming in the pool. Beds were comfortable too.

Pros: Clean and big rooms, great breakfast, helpful personal! Everything was nearly perfect! Quiet and cozy hotel, perfect for families as a relaxing point during the trip.

Cons: I don't know why there were no vegetables and cheese at breakfast...
