Cozy 3-bedroom farmhouse in wine-country

I wish we could have stayed longer

Pros: Free onsite parking, easy to find location Spacious place which was spotlessly clean! Fully equipped house down to detergent for the unexpected mishap and ziplock bags for surplus food Niagara Falls, Niagara area, Niagara-on-the-Lake, wineries, all within short distance Sun all day and an outside area to sit Free WiFi in all rooms Master bedroom with en-suite plus bathroom with accessible large shower. Easy communication with host Quiet location at night. We were out during the day, so can't speak about how noisy/quiet road is during the day when sitting on porch

Cons: It was easy to turn AC to the temperature we liked but one night it got a bit chilly and I couldn't work out how to turn heating on. Very minor point and I am 100% sure the host would have helped us if it had been an issue for more than one night We had to leave too early :-)

Cons: The check in and checkout times

Pros: We stayed here with our family for one night and had a wonderful experience. The house is very clean, cozy, and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Everything we needed was available, and we had no problems at all during our stay. It was a peaceful and pleasant place to rest as a family. We truly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it to others.

Pros: The calm, the space, extremely confortable beds, localisation, communication with the host. Everything was perfect

Pros: Comfortable accommodation and when we arrived, lights were on and the air-conditioning too! Everything was thought of. The location was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of Niagara but an easy drive in.

Amazing house will definitely stay again

Pros: The house was very clean and comfortable the host provided the essential which was amazing when staying with kids the handy man was very quick and always polite and lovely the house experience was 10/10

Pros: Super clean, nice beds and bedrooms, extra blankets, easy access in, full kitchen with appliances

Cons: Only a mini frying pan for one, floors were super cold. Definitely wear slippers!

Pros: It was great, convenient to our tournament in Virgil. Clean, well equipped. Very comfortable. Wouldcome again. This was as described. Very nice.

Cons: Could have used some written instructions on how the tv, fireplace and outside light worked. Finally figured them out, but it would have helped me not text a few times and then fugured it out before you got back to me.

Overnight stay in a spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation

Pros: The property is well placed for visiting both the Falls & NOTL. Whilst set back from a junction, the traffic (if any) at night, was not noticed as we all slept exceptionally well in the super comfy beds. Instructions for arrival & departure were outlined clearly and easy to follow. The house was spotlessly clean with linen provided. There was water in the refrigerator which was appreciated. There appeared to be ample cooking utensils etc if one was to cook albeit we did not due to our later arrival and early departure.

We have a very pleasant stay here.

Pros: The property was spacious and well-equipped with everything you needed. It was also extremely tidy. The beds are comfortable, and everything was great.
