Excellent.

Pros: Location was perfect for our plans. The security staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Only issue was the key fob didn't work at first. Security helped out to resolve the problem.

This is my second time in Toronto. Everything is close together. This place is PERFECT!!

Pros: All the instructions are easy to follow and very convenient once the concierge guides you through the process, filling out the forms and showing you where to go next. This is the best and easiest way to get to the place

For the first time I give the highest rating of 10

Pros: The apartment is on the 41st floor, with stunning views of the city and lake from the balcony (though the other high-rise buildings are a bit intrusive). The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. Everything is close by: shops, transportation, and entertainment

Cons: There is no cutlery basket in the dishwasher.

Fabulous. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The location is amazing - couldn’t ask for better. The apartment is well equipped and was perfect for my teenage son and myself.

Cons: A minor niggle but worth being aware that as it’s a high floor sometimes we had to wait a few minutes for the lift / elevator to take us down when we were heading out.

Ultra modern condo apartment

Pros: Nice room, terrifying verandah at 42 floors up, great supermarket on ground floor, hand for station and CN tower.

Cons: Great to discover washer and dryer but no washing powder. No instructions- 4 remotes and I couldn't figure them all out, nor symbols on \

Superb central location.

Pros: Best location in the city. View from the apartment was fantastic.

Cons: No water for a full day (till 5pm) and no warning of it being turned off so couldn't shower, shave or boil the kettle, had things planned for the day that had to be cancelled.

Small but comfortable apartment with a beautiful city view

Pros: Overall was a nice apartment in the perfect location. We stayed here for a concert at Scotiabank arena which is right across the street! Place was clean and they provided shampoo, soap etc. balcony view is stunning.

Cons: We did not recieve a code for the lockbox prior to arriving, may have been a mix up with booking.com, however host responded very quickly and sent the code to us! Beds were not comfortable and the space is small for 3, but good for a couple nights stay.

Pros: La localisation au top. Les commodités et les petites attentions.

Cons: Pas d’accès à la piscine sans qu’un locataire « officiel » ne vous accompagne. Communication un peu complexe avec l’hôte une fois sur place.

Excellent apartment and in a great location in downtown Toronto.

Pros: Excellent location 3 minute walk from Union Station. Apartment has a view over the harbour and stadium. Well equipped and some nice touches like chilled water which was great after arriving from a long trip. Easy to settle in once you collect your key. Very safe as security at all entrances.

Pros: Emplacement au top au pied du scotiabank, de la gare, de la Tour CN du Roger Center, tout est à proximité. La vue depuis l'appartement est superbe, au 41 ème étage, avec toutes les commodités et ustensiles. Les instructions de récupération de la clé sont donnés quelques jours avant le séjour, il faut s'enregistrer des qu'on rentre dans le hall d'immeuble, on rempli des formulaires et vérifie l'identité ensuite il faut récupérer la clé dans un coffre à code, une fois qu'on a compris le principe c'est simple. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, très réactif. Je recommande ce logement et reviendrais sans hésiter !

Cons: Le bruit de la ventilation, mais sinon c'est bien isolé et c'est calme.
