Luxury Downtown Toronto 2 Bedroom Suite with City and Lake Views and Free Parking

Excellent!

Pros: The apartment looked great even in the photos. We loved the entire building and its absolutely central location. The view from the forty-fifth floor was unparalleled. The furnishings were essentially new and functional for our needs. The apartment was also equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent, and he was always very precise with instructions and available throughout our stay. We also appreciate the supermarket in the same complex. Highly recommended!

Pros: Fantastic location and a beautiful apartment with great views over the Scotiabank Arena over to Lake Ontario. Parking was an added bonus and we really appreciated how well accommodated any requests we had were.

Pros: Very good location, wonderful apartment. Host very nice and available (text and phone) Equipments in the apartment, mainly washing machines and Nespresso coffee machine. Free parking

Cons: Access to the fitness center (forbidden by the residency for all guests)

Pros: Stunningly high (45th floor) apartment with inclusive fridge cans & balcony. Beautiful East facing views of sunrise, downtown & the Lake. Balcony can feel a bit vulnerable! Not for young children.

Pros: The host is really well organized and friendly. We received instructions all along and they helped a lot. The apartment is beautifully located on the 45th floor. Bright and modern, the kitchen had everything we needed. Union station is just across the street and a nice supermarket is in the basement of the building. There were cold drinks in the fridge for us on arrival- we just felt welcomed the entire time.

Cons: We travelled with two teenagers and the extra bed and room were not as comfortable and bright as the master bedroom. It was ok since we were out all day but I would not recommend it for 4 adults. The area is central but busy and noisy. The bathroom was a bit on the small size with our two teenage girls.

Very nice and modern apartment in an excellent downtown location.

Pros: Instructions by host and communication were excellent and responses very quick. We really appreciated the washing machine and dryer because this was one stop of a longer journey in Canada.

Amazing

Pros: The location is great, as it's right in the centre and everywhere you need to get to is close. The view is amazing especially at night, we decided not to go to any viewpoints as the view from the apartment was more than enough and we could have it all to ourselves. The apartment itself was very clean and you're guaranteed a parking spot, which is difficult to find in the heart of the city. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Toronto as it was a fantastic experience.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing wrong with the apartment, it was great.

Pros: Great location and with an even better host. Super clean apartment with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. The great view of the city was a bonus. Host responds to messages very fast, gives clear instructions, and accommodates requests (early check-in). The apartment was professionally cleaned. Would highly recommend this place.

Pros: Location, overall cleanliness, access to amenities, proactive and regular communication from with the host.

Cons: Our only suggestion would be to provide more cutlery & crockery - particularly to support families or those with longer stays, such as ours. We ended up buying a few extras which wasn’t much of a hassle.
