Overall, comfortable, inviting and clean. The personnel at the hotel were very friendly .

Pros: A good selection of food and plenty of space to sit and enjoy the meal.

Cons: The hotel needs a better toaster- the current one takes forever and if their were many trying to use it, it would not keep up.

Clean, quiet stay

Pros: Clean modern facilities. Staff were efficient and helpful.

Cons: Not necessarily a negative but the hotel is quite isolated behind a retail park which may be quite difficult for some.

Pros: Came in and the front desk was friendly and seemed she enjoyed her job. Had a long ride in but she didn't keep me talking/try to sell me stuff. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was an actual breakfast.

Cons: Didn't effect me but toilet paper was low. Other than that it everything was good.

Pros: It was a really good first experience at this location. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. Gym was pretty decent. Looking forward to my next stay

It was great

Pros: The breakfast was good. The location is good. Staff were awesome.

Cons: Too many kids running around the hallway or passage way during the weekend, it was really quite noise. I can hear the noise loudly in my room. Couldn’t concentrate much on my study because I was preparing for a test. The breakfast requires some additional dishes or meals to the menu. But the ones that were available taste great and looks beautiful
