Pros: The room and the area all fabulous. I also loved the bed, coffee in the room and the tv in the room

Cons: Nothing everything was great

Pros: 1) able to keep bicycles in the room. 2) close to the Welland Canal bike trail. 3) very comfortable king mattress.

Cons: TV channels were grainy, low quality.

I totally recommend this hotel

Pros: I like how comfortable and quiet the hotel is. i slept great for the last 5 days I was there. i also love the location very convenient, and the bed and the tv that was in my room i was staying in. Very friendly stuff too

Satisfaction

Pros: The place is very clean, the receptionist who attended to us in the morning was very attentive and nice! Shopping mall and good restaurants close by, we could just walk. Nice breakfast!

Cons: Nothing to say. Everything was good for us.

Close to Niagara falls!

Pros: The staff was excellent! Especially Christine and Preet !! Above and beyond service there!! When we had an issue about noise... it was delt with right away.

Cons: Walls were leaking in the rain. Shower was stuck on the high pressure. Toilet was very low Garbage outside was not change the 4 days we were there. Cigarette butts laying everywhere Only 2 outlets in the room available

Pros: Breakfast was fine, but coffee quality was not. Building was very quiet, as was the a/c unit in our room—what a relief!

Cons: Since you asked, the wall finishes were untidy: loose wall covering, dirty joints.

Pros: Such good value for money. We attended a wedding in the area and decided to stay another night, because it was so affordable. Breakfast was included: nothing fancy, but it's good to start the day with a bagel and coffee. Beds were super comfortable, and it was close enough to Niagara for us to do some touristy stops.

Cons: It isn't the Hilton, but it was totally practical and clean. The place looks a little run down, but we were there to see the sights, not hang out in the hotel room. It's quiet enough, no busy streets or loud people, so we were able to sleep well

Superb I absolutely loved it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Pros: It was excellent, very good selection and plenty of it.

My husband has mobility issues and it was very easy for him to get around.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for us. Bonus was that we could bring our dog.

Cons: The bathroom floor could have been a little clean around the tub but all in all it was a good stay.

Pros: Everything was good. Recommend for those traveling with pets.

Cons: Strong smoking smell in the room.
