Quality Inn

Very good

Pros: The breakfast was not overly great. They could of had more fresh fruit. They only had apples.. Also they did not have bacon only sausages. Don't like sausages. the blueberry muffins were burnt on the bottom. Everything else was good. Never had this problem the last few times we have stayed here. All the ladies at the front were super helpful and friendly.

Pros: This hotel is nice. Clean. Great staff. Close proximity to the highway. 15 minutes from Innisfil. Good breakfast, full dishes of everything. Nice big pillows and tv in the room.

Cons: I was in room 223. The bed closest to the window was a bit lumpy. There was a nice big flat screen, but we couldn't cast from our devices to it, so we couldn't watch Netflix or Prime. Also - to the breakfast staff - please take the butter out when you first put out food. Nothing worse than nice eggs and bacon and then the butter for the toast be stone cold. (Breakfast was good though!)

Pros: It was a good, clean hotel. Cheerful front desk staff, quick check-in. The room was attractive. Bathroom was nice and the bedding was fresh and white. Excellent water pressure. I enjoyed a freshly cooked waffle for breakfast, overall the breakfast was good, some hot items (scrambled eggs, sausages) and the usual yogurt, bread, cereals, danishes etc. Coffee was good.

Cons: The hotel was wonderfully quiet until about 4 in the morning when there was a lot of activity in the hallway - many doors opening and closing, very strange. It lasted about 15 - 20 minutes. It was disruptive but I don't know if it had anything to do with the hotel staff or if there was a group of guests hitting the road very early. Perhaps just unusual circumstances, but it was a negative element in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great local accommodation for festival with helpful staff

Pros: The hotel was exactly what I needed, as I was attending a festival locally. The staff, and Maggie in particular, were incredibly helpful when I lost my phone and went hugely out of their way to support and facilitate me, and I'm extremely grateful to them. The room was good and had excellent air conditioning, which was really helpful with the heat.

Cons: The hotel has no sidewalks leading to it from downtown, so you have to walk on the edge of the road or across back lots to get here. Google also has photos of a pool and hot tub, which it doesn't have.

Wasn't what we expected...but staffing made it worthy

Pros: Staff were pleasant, and super supportive in that we needed a room change. Very quickly accommodating us.

Cons: The only thing notes was online booking showed a pool, and we were surprised to see there was none. Breakfast was a bit limited, and the version of eggs was not pleasant.
