Comfort Inn

Our stay was very pleasurable.

Pros: Staff was very hospitable, cleanliness of the room, and comfort.

Cons: There was not one thing that we can say that we didn't like.

Pros: The availability of snack items at front desk The availability of good coffee 24 hr The breakfast was very good. The staff at breakfast very pleasant, with a good sense of humor. Enjoyed the stay!!

Pros: The hotel was very well located and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were clean. Served it's purpose well.

Cons: Other guest a bit noisy chatting in the parking lot late at night.

Pros: Breakfast was the only thing that was mediocre. I had to change my date at the very last minute and was accommodated with great relief. We even got a better room bc we needed ground floor. Wonderful service and much appreciated.

Cons: Bed, fittings, bathroom all excellent. Breakfast just ok.

Pros: Had a great sleep in the comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

Pros: Rooms were nice size ..well equiped..don t like tv stations..air conditioner/heater hard to control

Cons: Free breakfast eggs..were like rubber disks..bacon was crisp and is that paper thin stuff

Pros: Loved having the pets on the main floor and the ability to go straight out of the room to walk the dogs

Great hotel; value for money!

Pros: Loved the shower Reno’s and water pressure! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast Reno is the best we’ve experienced at any comfort inn! Downside were the kids at some tournament kicking up a storm when they returned in the evening and knocking on the patio door scaring the tar out of us.

Cons: Kids coming back from tournament and raiding the breakfast area the next morning. Staff was hard pressed to set it up again for those of us still coming in at 9

Reasonably good.

Pros: Location was fine for the breakfast, but too small, had to take food to room twice as eating area was full. Breakfast was good but not stellar-but I find the eggs at most hotels to be watery and tasteless and Comfort Inn was not an exception. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to queries / requests. Area it was in had a lot of new restaurants, stores etc which was nice. Parking was good.

Cons: hot water - it wasn't really hot! And the shower heads were awful, couldn't get a decent spray. Not the hotel's fault, but other guests (the ones below us) were hanging out in the parking lot playing music, drinking, smoking and loudly talking/laughing. Took it for quite a while, but called down to front desk to ask them to speak to the other guests as it was getting late. They did so immediately - the noisy guests did take it inside, but since we were right over them, could still hear them. Again not hotel's fault. But this also caused some concern safety wise. I was with my husband, but if by myself I would have been afraid to leave my room if needed.
