Great spot that I would recommend to stay at if you are in the area,it exceeded expectations.

Pros: Very nice room. Very clean. Staff was easy to deal with. Location was ok. Close to anything you need.

Cons: The tv options for the bed room tv’s (Netflix, Crave). Not trying to sound picky, just hard to think of things we really didn’t like. Maybe a couple extra towels for those staying more than one night.

Pros: I was looking for a reasonably priced , clean and safe place to stay while my new house was being finished. Motel 400 was exactly what I wanted. I stayed for the month of September and I was very pleased with my accommodation. Best Robert O

This place was fabulous!!!

Pros: This place is newly built. Everything is well planned out. It is fresh and clean. It is absolutely beautiful. This place is conveniently located off the 400 and 89. The owner is very friendly.
