Pros: We travelled to Oshawa to use the GO train. We had to go into Toronto two days in a row. Spark by Hilton was affordable compared to other hotels, close to the train station, clean, and friendly. The breakfast room was large, clean, and bright and offered a great breakfast! It's so nice that the breakfast is included in the price! The few interactions with staff were very pleasant. They were warm, friendly, inviting, and helpful! I have already recommended this place to family who may be coming to Oshawa to travel by GO train.

Pros: The location was close to the GO train. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean.

Cons: There was no coffee machine, tea/coffee in the room. After a long day of travelling it would have been great to have a nice cup of tea/coffee.

Was perfect.

Pros: The staff were very hospitable and welcoming. The cleanliness was outstanding. You people are doing an excellent job with this hotel. I would rate it as possibly one of the best small stop hotels I have stayed in.

Cons: Hash browns with the breakfast.

Pros: Clean room, modern facilities, staff attended to my requests promptly

Cons: Desk chair not comfortable, bit noisy in the hallways due to other guests but this was occasional Breakfast was limited

Pros: Reception staff, Saiph, was very helpful and professional, love the 24 hours coffee, room was well furnished, modern and comfortable for work or leisure. Very clean throughout and parking well lit at night.

Cons: Heat/smoke alarm in the room is very sensitive, when heat came on started beeping, not for long, thankfully. Better safe than sorry :)
