Great pet friendly hotel

Pros: Location was fantastic . We appreciate that they are pet friendly! We loved that you could park in front of the back door to your room - made unpacking and repacking the car so much easier! Plus very convenient to take our dog out as needed. We only used the hotel to sleep at, otherwise we weren't there for breakfast or to hang out, but we have no complaints regarding the accommodations. Very comfortable.

Cons: While booking the room on booking.com, there wasn't an option to add your pet as a guest, therefore we added a note to the hotel when booking and time of check-in was confirmed. This resulted in an unforseen extra cost of $50 for two nights, which made the total cost of the hotel stay higher than we wanted to pay, but we didn't find out until days after we booked.

Great place to stay on a road trip, and it’s pet friendly.

Pros: This was the perfect stop for the two of us and our dog. Loved the way the rooms open to the car park, making it easy to unload the car and take the dog for walks. Super comfy bed too.

Ideal for my situation--wanting a good sleep and a great breakfast before the rest of my drive.

Pros: The breakfast was far better than I expected. The patty of egg was just OK but the bacon and sausages were tops. Unexpected and very welcome was the yogurt, range of cereals and an orange (as well as orange juice). I'll book here again mainly because of the quality of the breakfast.

Cons: We were just there overnight to sleep. So it was better than the rating suggested.

Had a good experience

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Staff helped me when Bookings hadn't updated my arrival date after I'd changed tge dates a week before.

Cons: Booking messed up my dates, not the hotel's fault. Hallway carpets need replaced.

I would definitely stay there again and so would the rest of the family

Pros: when I booked the rooms, I didn't specify on the first floor. I needed ground floor rooms due to one person having had a bypass recently and another had knee problems. the desk was able to switch rooms for us.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was included. For such a low price, everything you could wish for.

Pros: I came into the hotel, not in a great mood. The young lady behind the counter changed my mood quickly. She was so bubbly and friendly. Her name was Rory, and she deserves a pat on the back for the way she handled customers and customer service. She is an asset to your hotel. The other staff that I had dealings with were all very good and very helpful. It is a very good no frills hotel. It was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the bed comfortable.

Cons: Nothing. It was a good 3 day stay.

A good place to stay in Peterborough, close to many restaurants and stores.

Pros: The staff were friendly and efficient, particularly the desk manager. The rooms were clean and tidy, and everything worked properly. A nice variety of items were available at breakfast.

Cons: The door noise from other rooms in the hallway was at times excessive, particularly in the rooms closest to the front of the building.
