Our Toronto favorite hotel

Pros: It was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. Big rooms (we had a full equipped kitchen - awesome!!!!), great facilities, amazing breakfast, fully renovated hotel. Walmart for quick supplies nearby. Our family had a great time and we can fully recommend this hotel.

A beautiful stay

Pros: The room was nice and warm, the bed was comfortable

Cons: The rooms did not have body cream and no shower cap for the women, There was not enough variety of breakfast food options to choose from the menu

Pros: Clean and spacious rooms. There was a large variety of foods for the breakfast that was included in our stay.

Cons: The smoking rooms on the main floor left the hallways near the elevator smelling like am ashtray.

I will look for this chain as well as this hotel on my next trip to VAUGHAN

Pros: You’re just laundry, washing machine broke or wasn’t functioning properly while I was there. Your front desk and maintenance people made everything OK. Because when my clothing did not dry, they took the housekeeping and dried it for me excellent.

Pros: The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and central to everything we wanted

Cons: I did not like the pillows in the room, they were not comfortable. I didn't like that there was no 'adults only' hour in the pool before closing. I also didn't like that there was so signage of rules in the pool, such as horse play. It was very hard for my young child to be in the pool as there were older kids not respecting their surroundings. I tried to enjoy the hot tub but that was also taken over by horse play and older kids

Definitely going to book another stay for our next family vacation.

Pros: Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. The team members were friendly and provided fantastic service.

Cons: The only thing that could have made our stay even better would be a smart TV.
