Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean, excellent facilities in the room. Nice and quiet. Pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet choice was good. Beds were comfortable. Convenient for Roger’s Stadium. Was able to check in early. Bags were safely looked after when we arrived early (before room was ready).

Cons: Early ish breakfast closing time - 9.30 in the week. Very high counter where the sink is in the suite - I’m short so going it difficult to use. No kettle in room as standard, needed to ask for one. No supermarket close. Not a lot in surround area.

Nice stay for the coldplay concert

Pros: Loved that it was a suite with a room separated from living room and kitchen, loved that there was alot of stores close by and it was close to our concert venue whole still beeing easily accessible to downtown toronto

Cons: Breakfast is till 9h30 when people are at the hotel the majority is on vacation so it would be nice to extend the hours a little bit later and a little earlier for the early departure lets say for a flight. Because right now it is from 6h30 to 9h30 weekdays and 7h30 to 10h30 weekends....so a bit restrictive but the food is good Also ice machine never worked so that's a bummer but the staff was very friendly and was always available to grab some from the kitchen
