Eganridge Resort

It was just about a perfect get-away for our 38th anniversary.

Pros: We did not have breakfast there, but we had dinner there both nights. We really liked the layout and features of the room, as well as its orientation to the lake. The dining room is lovely. We played golf and walked the course for 20 holes, as the rate was reduced because the greens were recently cored and filled.

Cons: The bed mattress on the closet side was sinky. Sometimes the toilet ran mysteriously then would spontaneously flush. Most of the high-back chairs were uncomfortable in the dining room so we switched to the conventional chairs.

It was an enjoyable experience.

Pros: The location was great for our vacation, situated nicely between Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon. The view from the Patio Door is great and we loved the Dining room. The staff were all friendly and were very engaged with the guests.

Cons: Its an older hotel with dated furniture. Basic maintenance like checking for slow or slightly clogged sink drains.......electrical outlets that need replacement ,potholes on private road that leads to hotel. We ate in the beautiful dining room but found spider webs, When you are paying premium pricing for white linen service, then cleanliness must match the customers expectations.

We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The furnishings were very nice and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed the dining room very much.

Cons: We liked everything, but if asked to nitpick, there were some bonded leather seats in the hallway leading to our room that looked a bit shabby. Other than that detail, the overall impression of the place was very nice. The room itself was nicely decorated and the staff very helpful and nice to deal with.

Pros: Beautiful, quiet surroundings with parkland golf course.

Overall had a great one night stay and would not hesitate to go back!

Pros: Beautiful grounds - walked around a little and wished we had time to walk around more - even saw a gorgeous sunset! Nice spacious room with an amazing view and we were pleasantly surprised to find our bathroom had a whirlpool tub!

Cons: The coffee maker was a little dirty - looked like it hadn't been used in a while and had to be cleaned before we could use it and there were a few cobwebs in the lights in the bathroom.

Awesome place - outstanding staff!

Pros: Love this resort and the staff! Staff is SO wonderful and go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay and great experience!
