Holiday Inn Hotel Peterborough Waterfront by IHG

Pros: Wonderfully situated right downtown. Everything you need is just a quick walk from the hotel. The room was very clean, as were the towels. The bed was very comfortable. I haven't tried the pool yet, but am looking forward to it. The staff were super friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Peterborough. Thank you very much, Holiday inn!

Perfectly nice - clean and quiet.

Pros: Breakfast wasn't included as far as we knew so we didn't eat there.

Cons: We would have preferred to have a microwave in the room however we didn't inquire if one was available so it may have been an option but we didn't ask. Also the price was double what it would be any other date as we were here for a hockey tournament and the prices were expectedly increased but as always, that's a bit frustrating (but nothing new over years of travel for hockey!)

Met our needs but could have been more vigilant regarding the snow storm.

Cons: Restaurant seemed expensive; didn't eat there.

Pros: We like the swimming pool area so much. The customer service workers are nice.

Cons: The floor was dirty in our room for sure it didn't get mopped. One waitress (tattoos on her arm) was not friendly at all. We saw her 2 times in the restaurant for the morning buffet. We saw her only serving for certain customers and she didn't even bother to look at us. Completely we got zero eye contact from her. I said good morning and she didn't even say anything.

Pros: Pool was great. Room was clean. Bed was soft AF and staff were real chill.

Pros: The staff were excellent at problem solving when there had been a mix up with the booking. The restaurant quality is higher than you would expect! Rooms are simple and clean.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. The bottled water was bonus to have on a hot day
