Served the purpose and actually quiet.

Pros: Location was good. Did not participate in breakfast as we got on the road early.

Cons: We felt the carpet needed refreshing and the bathroom floor felt sticky on our slippers.

Pros: Clean and tidy, with an excellent geographical location right on the main road to Lindsay. Entering the house, you can smell a refreshing fragrance, which proves reliable cleaning.
