Lovely stay and ok location

Pros: The bedroom was a good space, and they provided tea/coffee/ water. I like the fact that the room came with a fridge and microwave.

Cons: We were relocated to a room with disabled access. It wasn't bad; however, the bathtub was very awkward and low-level, which is understandable for a disabled person but not for anyone else.

Pros: The location was great. The staff were super friendly and nice.

Cons: The bathroom door was a sliding door and it was off the track from the moment we checked in, so it never really actually closed properly or locked.

Pros: very courteous desk staff and helpful upon arrival

Cons: Rugs in room, damp musty odor FRIDGE not cold on max,,I told the desk, she offered their staff fridge. U need new fridge. The odor coming off elevator 2nd floor was very bad. the bathroom door on inside where handle is , black finger prints ,dirty. Other than that everything was good.

Really helpful and awesome to be close to your destination.

Pros: I really like how well the room service organizes our stuff while they make the bed. They put it neatly on the made beds.

Cons: I thought the rooms could’ve been more cooler. Had a hard time sleeping the last night at the hotel.

Very easy and comfortable stay.

Pros: Went for the national bank tennis tournmanent. Was great location, about 25min walk there. Alot of restaurants nearby as well as a boston pizza in the hotel. Very clean, great staff working. Would book again.

Cons: No breakfast included. Really the only downfall. Otherwise cant complain much at all.

Pros: Lean modern rooms high quality TV. Easy to use. Check in was quick and easy. Exercise room had good equipment to use.

Cons: Hard to see from Steeles Avenue. Had to circle around to get there. Missed having a complimentary breakfast that many hotels provide.

Super hotel, centrally situated.

Pros: The hotel is very central,situated next to a long avenue. To go into down town was very easy as well as going to the airport. The rooms are big and comfy. Bathroom very nice with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The staff was very friendly, especially a staff member, she is called Kinishia, who works during breakfast hour. Very good indeed. So in all I would recommend this hotel.

Clean, Great Location and Fantastic Staff!

Pros: Staff at check-in and check-out were phenomenal. Very polite! I really enjoyed chatting with both of them. I also appreciate how your hotel accepts both debit AND credit cards! As well, the damage deposit is only 20%, rather than the $100-$200 most hotels ask for. The hotel also offers a gym and laundry facilities. At the check-in desk, there is a wall of snacks, some frozen dinners and drinks for purchase. In the parking lot, you will find a gas station, McDonalds and Tim Hortons. Very convenient location, and close to major roadways to get downtown Toronto. An Uber to Budweiser Stage was only half an hour!

Comfortable room if you have to be there

Pros: comfortable room, especially for someone who wants to work.

Cons: The location is brutal (but the whole town is…), in the middle of nowhere, with the usual nowhere landmarks (McDonalds, Tim Horton, etc.).

Pros: Big room with nice design Fast check in Friendly staff

Cons: I found the price pretty high for a hotel in that area of Toronto
