Best Western Plus Toronto North York Hotel & Suites

Clean and close to where I needed to be in Vaughn

Pros: I like that the linens were crisp and clean. The room was tidy and smelled fresh. The front desk person was great to the point quick in the chicken and quick on checkout.

Cons: There was no anything really in the lobby for the people and it's actually quite a bit of ways from any sort of stores so that was kind of a disappointment I'm not sure if they had some issues with people coming in and trying to squat in rooms or something, but at night when you come back upstairs there's a security guard that sits in the hallway all night and they put tape on the doors to verify occupancy... They don't tell you why they're doing it, which I found kind of creepy. If I've paid for a room in full, I don't understand the need for a security deposit as well.

Staff very friendly & helpful, convenient, & had everything we needed.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Staff very quick to help and very friendly. And great to have a pool.

Cons: We would have liked to be able to open the bedroom window instead of using the a/c unit, which was very loud

Would I stay here again? Yes I would

Pros: Great location for me - 30 min walk to tennis centre Rooms comfortable and well maintained, housekeeping get a special mention for being helpful and attentive Decent value for money Loads of good restaurants within a short drive

Cons: Certain desk staff member not too attentive or friendly, others ok though

Great location to go to see shows at Rogers Stadium. Nice clean and comfortable rooms.

Pros: Loved the beds, pool area, location, adjoining restaurant and cleanliness and free parking.

Cons: The air conditioner didn’t turn on when we tried to turn it on so the room was a little too warm during the heat wave.

Pros: Staff was very nice, very clean and smelled wonderful.

Pros: Felt very safe because it was right beside police station. Everything was perfect. Could get coffee and water in the lobby. Great breakfast at the restaurant. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and eager to make our stay the best.

Pros: We always stay at the Best Western when we are in Toronto. It's our favorite place! We love the indoor pool/Hot Tub! Everything is always clean and neat. I enjoy having the mini fridge in the room for leftovers.

Pros: I am happy this hotel was so close to the venue where I was attending an event. It was easy to get to this hotel and easy to get where I was going. I liked there was an affordable on site restaurant.

Cons: The price was very expensive for 2 nights, especially after I was told the neighborhood I was staying in wasn't a safe or favorable neighborhood. The price I paid is something I would've expected to pay at a higher quality hotel, but maybe it's because I booked last minute.
