Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Pros: The place was very tidy, clean and well maintained. The Landlord’s visits every day and take care of cleaning common areas

Cons: The heating was not regular during night.

Pros: The room was spacious and had a desk to do work. There’s also a shared kitchen on the ground floor.

Cons: You have to request to change towels and the bathroom isn’t deep cleaned often.

Good value for very basic accommodation is a guest house type setting

Pros: Its a low cost, no frills accommodation. Parking was available onsite.

Cons: Bed was too soft for my liking and the room was very warm. There was AC but it didnt seem to cool the room down. This entire house is rented out. Each room has its own number basement, mainfloor and second floor. I think there might be 6 suites total.

Pros: The location is accessible. The place provides kitchen stuff that can be used and designated cabinets for your personal stuff and fridge. The place is clean. The laundry machines need a loonie to operate.

Cons: The stay is very good, the owner is considerable however the only thing that is not pleasant is the room smell due to some other people living on the other rooms and the bright light because the curtain is not black out.
