Great staff and great rste

Pros: Close to the Pearson airport. They had a great price and staff was amazing and very helpful

Cons: It was abit older but for the price,amazing breakfast and staff I cannot complain and would go again

My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay.

Pros: Wifi was actually great. Room was comfortable and neat. Bathroom was great! Duvet and cover was fantastic. Heater worked very well. Mini-fridge was good but we didn't have a deep freezer!

Cons: Deep Freezer access.

I'll put this one high on my list of hotel stay in Toronto.

Pros: We arrived from another hotel where we encountered some issues, and after almost five hours waiting to resolve the situation, we ended up cancelling our rooms and had to rebook elsewhere. We ended up at woodbine hotel and suites where we were greeted with a smiles and a warm welcome. It didn't take long to get our rooms, and was able to get great night sleep. I would like thank the staff who assisted us at check in with so much professionalism. I'm looking forward to staying there again for my next visit to Toronto.

Pros: Easy to check in and there's security on the premises all the time

Pros: Customer service excellent. Will be staying again.

Cons: Bathroom could have been cleaner. Tiles were water stains and baseboards are very dusty/dirty.

Wonderful stay

Pros: It was a very nice place. Very clean and welcoming. The gentlemen at the front desk was very nice, check in was fast and smooth. Our room was very nice, clean and exactly what we expected.

Cons: The only thing i didnt like was one of the house keeping ladies. My husband stepped out of our room for a few min and while he was going down the hall asked the house keeping for extra towels and told her to leave them at our door. I was sitting on the bed and all of a sudden the door opened, I thought it was my husband coming back already. It was a cleaning lady who just let herself in without knocking!! We even had the \

Cons: Our only problem was the TV worked sporadically. And it wouldn't connect to Netflix
