Overall the stay was very satisfactory.

Pros: Room and common areas were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Decent size room. Coffee maker and complimentary water in the room. Bath robe and plenty of towels were provided..

Cons: Normally, there is a dental kit, shaving kit, shoe mitt and shower cap as amenities in the bathroom. All were not there. I had forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste so the dental kit would have come in handy. Had to ask for the dental kit from the front desk.

Our staying was amazing and provide us an energy to our next flight

Pros: The hotel has confortable bed, has shuttle from/to AirPort , has as swimming pool (I haven’t use it), convenience store, bar. Everything we needed to stay and relax untill our NeXT flight.

Great except breakfast front of desk. The rest of the staff in the hotel were amazing including Farida in the hotel gift

Pros: Location is great, stayed there for the Oasis concert at Roger’s stadium. Was a fantastic 2 night stay.

Cons: The woman in front desk in dining room on breakfast was moody. Both days she was grumpy and was only friendly with Spanish speaking guests. She got it wrong each day when she would growl at me that my breakfast wasn’t included. I would have to tell her to check again and soon she would realise she was wrong with no kind expression to acknowledge her mistake. She also told me that all the room guests would need to dine at the sane time which was ridiculous as, I have never heard that in my life. This is a top hotel, I expect more flexibility and professionalism from your team. She is an outlier and needs training on customer service.

Pros: Nice location and spacious with wonderful breakfast

Cons: The front seat required a pin for my credit card and wouldn’t accept anything except a physical credit card. That’s too poor because a week before we paid at the same desk without a PIN code

Pros: Our space was clean and comfortable. The pool space was lovely.
