Great new hotel

Pros: Great, absolutely new hotel near a few shops and with decent fast food and dinning nearby.

Cons: Heating system is very loud, and works in rather violent bursts.

It was just what we needed. Thank you. :)

Pros: Staff, facility, and security were fantastic! The suite was well-appointed for a short stay - just perfect! The bed and linens were very comfortable.

Cons: I can't think of anything.

Pros: Staff was great! Location was very clean. Very accomodating with early check in. Stay was great! Would recommend 10/10

Cons: Paying additional for parking seems unnecessary.

Pros: The room was way better than I thought as well as the hotel and staff.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that I stayed only one night I should have made it two nights.

We will definitely be back

Pros: Breakfast was delicious Staff were visible on site refilling items and interacting with the customers in friendly ways, seating was comfortable, decor was eye catching.

Great place to stay

Pros: The staff right from the start were really nice and helpful. They messaged me twice during the week to make sure I was all good and answered any questions I had. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: I found the pillows were a bit soft for my liking and had to get used to. The doors didn't quite mask the sound of anyone walking past the room, and sometimes it sounded like they were opening my door when they were opening or closing their own.

Awesome stay

Pros: Loved the modern smart rooms, heated pool and Jacuzzi. Our suite had a mini kitchen, dishwasher, fridge and smart TV (you need to login to Netflix using your own account though). Staff were nice throughout. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful - eggs, yogurt, cereal, juice, bagels, muffins, quiche, patties, fruits and awesome make-your-own waffles for the kids! The coffee station was great (open 24/7) with teas, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.We loved the new feel of the facilities. Clean rooms, very spacious (~450 sq ft) with 2 double beds and a pullout couch. Kids had a blast at the heated pool (bring your own life jackets for the kids - no lifeguard on site) with fresh, clean towels available.

Cons: Noisy heating system and audible traffic from outside.

Favourite place to stay

Pros: Loved everything about this hotel, great staff, all of them super friendly, room was big and clean and great breakfast! We are definitely going back!

Pros: El desayuno me agrado, elegí el hotel porque lo conozco he estado hospedada en McAllen,Tx. , y porque está cerca al Aeropuerto, viaje a Toronto a conocer a mi nieto pequeño, fue un placer estar ahí, . Encontré amabilidad en todas las áreas .

Cons: Todo estuvo bien para mi. No hubo nada que me hubiera desagradado .

Great place to stay!

Pros: There was alot of variety and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons: They were having some computer issues so check in took a little while but the staff was doing the best they could.
